Ibis Hinjewadi-spice it

I was invited….Review is based on my overall experience of service, ambiance and food. I decide to go to restaurant Spice it on sunday brunch. It was amazing experience. First full marks for the service Second beautiful ambience. Third food prep and best ingredients used. Fourth i love their new menu and all the new twist to desi dishes or international dishes. Menu includes East to west and north to south also have asian touch like Bhhot jholakia chicken wings Goan style fish fingers Pan fried momos. Aditya welcome us with a smile and then take us to our table which was booked. Then He narrated us all the changes to the menu. Hotel ibis launched new menu all over india. Also it has some geographical uniqueness like they have some dishes which represent the region where the hotel is. Like maharashtrian twist in dishes like bombay toast, pav bhaji and also kolhapuri mutton curry. They included dishes from all over world, from dosa, manipal style egg bun, makhani, goan style, tibetian thukpa, japanes 7 spices corn to pastas and many more. They have food menu plus bar menu. I got special attention on Bar menu because it also includes Bar Bites which is different. I never saw it on bar menu. And i tell they are really pump ur drinks experience. Ambiance : Ibis is located in Hinjawadi phase two. If you want to spend time with loved ones or family members or friends best place to eat and chit-chat…. unlike other restaurants which are in city with too much noise n all. One more thing they have open kitchen. Nice and clean and they take care of hygiene also. Service: I love their service. Its all about how you please you customer. One guy big group came in front of me and that guy was their regular customer. They were happy to help them in deciding food and also suggesting them some dishes they should try and all. Best part is they employ deaf and mute. Cook personally came and ask us about our likes and dislikes. I appreciate their efforts. Food: In appetizers we were suggested to go for shichimi spiced crispy corn and peri peri prawns. I just loved crispy corn, it was crisp n crunchy outside still soft from inside sweet corn. The 7 spice is a japanese spice which is known as shichimi. It is perfect bar bite. Pack full of flavors and lil extra hint of pepper perfect paired with chilled beer. My husband loved it. They also add caramalised onions n fresh green onions it uplifts the dish and give it freshness.

Peri peri prawns- i can’t explain my love for peri peri spice. And some restaurants fooled customer naming dishes with peri peri spiced fries, chicken, prawns n all. I love peri peri spiced dishes from very few restaurants. And now this one is one of them. Perfectly cooked prawns, coated with peri peri sauce and last but not the least bites of garlic makes it perfect. I am fan of this dish.

Nasi goreng goan flavour

In main course chef offered us penne pasta with makhani gravy twist and Nasi goreng goan flavour. Penne pasta with twist of makhani gravy: It was rich and flavorful with panjabi style makhani gravy. Pasta was cooked on point al dente. Perfect amount of cheese. But i am personally not fan of red sauce pasta or tangy flavoured pasta. It was lil tangy for me. My husband loved it. It was best pasta with twist he ever had. I didnt like the garlic bread because it was not crisp. It was lil crisp on edges and soft in the middle. I suggest that lil less sourness of gravy will make it better.

Nasi goreng goan flovour: It reminds me of goa. One of the best dish i ever had in pune with goan flavour. Highly reccomend this dish to everyone. I recently visited goa and i love spicy food and obviously cafreal is my fav. Goan spice mix. And this goan dish got Goa on their plate. Dish includes fried rice With sunny side up egg fry and satay of cafreal chicken with prawn cracker. What you want more from a goan dish. Chicken was soft and juicy with beautiful marination of cafreal spice mix. Rice was perfect to go with this chicken. Prawn cracker was cherry on top. Love that prawn flavour of creacker.

Desserts: We had parleG cheese cake and Rasmalai panna cotta Oh man i just love them….wobbling panna cotta….yummmylicious. ParleG cheese cake: Aditya recommend this to us and indeed it was best cheese cake to have. Not tooo sweet and not too cheesey. I love the flavours and also combine with games. It just takes u to ur most fav. Childhood memories, Games and parleG biscuits….presented in a different way and taste wise its out of this world. Best cheese cake i ever had.

Rasmalai panna cotta: Never heard of Rasmalai panna cotta. it was served with rasmalai and fresh fruits. I love the idea of fresh fruits. When you eat all together they merge it very well. I love this wobbling panna cotta.

Overall experience was good. Thank you aditya and team to host us. And special thank you to chef for such a wonderful food experience. Highly recommended dishes: ParleG cheesecake Rasmalai Panna cotta Nasi goreng goan flavoured Rice Peri peri prawns.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
